We're sad that tonight sees the last of our Virtual Gin School…for now! We’ve had a great time working on these, seeing guests create delicious gin, making it for them, and meeting so many lovely gin-lovers via Zoom. And, of course, drinking plenty of Hotham’s Gin! We're now retiring our Virtual Gin Schools for now, but along with Simon's online cocktail classes, we'll be keeping them up our sleeves for the future! Our Cardamom Gin has been an absolute winner, with our virtual guests loving it mixed with ginger ale or elderflower tonic - and this is keeping Emma extra busy in the distillery!
