50ml Gin - Hotham's London Dry Gin works best!
25ml lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup (see below for recipe)
6-12 basil leaves
1 Muddle basil leaves in a cocktail shaker
2 Add ice and other ingredients
3 Shake it, baby!
4 Strain into an ice-filled glass
5 Garnish with a basil leaf
6 Take into the garden and enjoy!
