50cl Bottle 40% ABV
We distil micro-batches of no more than 50 bottles by hand in traditional copper alembic stills.
Juniper berries and coriander seeds are joined by complementary flavours of lime, basil and ginger. We recommend that you serve over ice with a quality Indian tonic and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
Wonderful in a Basil Smash.
Tasting notes
Nose: Aromatic with ginger, lime, basil and juniper
Palate: Light and smooth with juniper and zesty lime and ginger spice
Finish: Warming ginger, herbaceous basil and subtly sweet lime
